Focused Ultrasound Improves Delivery of Alzheimer’s Therapy and Promotes Neurogenesis

A preclinical study led by Dr. Isabelle Aubert and her team at Sunnybrook Research Institute found that focused ultrasound may help deliver drugs to fight the effects of Alzheimer’s. The work was recently published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).
