READ MORE >  Focused Ultrasound for Intraoperative Pancreatic Cancer Ablation LabTAU researchers collaborated with device manufacturer EDAP on a preclinical, in vivo pancreatic cancer study. The results, published in the journal Cancers, describe the intraoperative high-intensity focused ultrasound procedure. The study confirms the possibility of treating the pancreas and tissues around mesenteric vessels without vascular thrombosis.
