The State of the Field 2026 is presented through two complementary resources, each designed to serve a distinct purpose and audience.
The Interactive State of the Field is our most comprehensive and dynamic data resource. Featuring thousands of data points across focused ultrasound research, clinical adoption, commercialization, and regulatory activity, the platform enables users to explore the field in depth through interactive visualizations, filters, and drill-down capabilities. Data are updated regularly throughout the year, providing the most current view of the focused ultrasound landscape.
The State of the Field 2026 PDF Report serves a different purpose. Rather than providing exhaustive data, it offers a curated summary of the field’s progress during 2025, with cumulative data reported through December 31, 2025. The report highlights key milestones, emerging trends, and notable developments, while providing analysis and context to help readers understand the significance of the data and the direction of the field. This report will be available in the coming weeks.
Together, these resources provide both the depth of a comprehensive data repository and the perspective of expert analysis, offering a complete view of the continued growth and evolution of focused ultrasound worldwide.
