Two Landmark Studies Advance Focused Ultrasound Treatment for Parkinson’s Disease

A team of researchers in Madrid, Spain, and another team in Toronto, Canada, are the first in the world to use focused ultrasound technology to target a new area of the brain in patients with Parkinson’s disease and potentially curb, or even reverse, its progression.
