Mary Rose Serafini

Mary Rose Serafini joined the Foundation in April 2008 as Business Manager. She brings a variety of work experiences in nonprofits, for-profits, and a Federally Funded Research and Development Center. She manages the business operations of the Foundation, encompassing budgeting, human resources, project management processes, information systems oversight, and facilities. As Business Manager, she ensures the establishment and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and policies that support a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization where flexibility and fluidity are critical. She holds a BS in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
