Kate Redding

Kate Redding joined the Foundation in 2022 and supports the organization’s Managing Directors and several programs. Kate brings a wealth of experience in program and relationship management and team development. Prior to joining the FUSF team, she was the Managing Director of Alumni Services at the University of Virginia Alumni Association, where she led a dynamic team that provided ongoing and direct services to more than 10,000 constituents and 40 client organizations each year. Kate earned her BA in psychology from the University of Virginia and her MPA in nonprofit management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
