In recognition of Women’s Health Awareness Month, the Foundation hosted a discussion on the impact of focused ultrasound on conditions that disproportionately affect women. Statistically, women are more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease, chronic pain, depression and anxiety, and some cancers. The webinar also navigated the evolving landscape of women’s health policies, including current initiatives from the White House and ARPA-H.
