Charlotte Yeh Joins Foundation’s Council

The Foundation is pleased to welcome Charlotte S. Yeh, MD, FACEP, to its Council, a dedicated group of goodwill ambassadors who work closely with the Board of Directors and staff to provide advice and assist with raising funds and building awareness. 

Dr. Yeh is a healthcare innovator and passionate ambassador for healthy aging and vibrant living. She is a board-certified emergency physician who served most recently as chief medical officer for AARP Services, Inc. Her other leadership roles have included being a regional administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the medical director for the National Heritage Insurance Company, and chief of emergency medicine at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Tufts Medical Center.  

Currently, Dr. Yeh is a part-time advisor and chief experience officer for Cherish. She also founded Yeh Innovation, which focuses on patient-centered care, advocacy for the consumer voice in healthcare, and celebration of aging.  

She is active on numerous governance and advisory boards, including the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care, the Schwartz Center for Compassionate Care, HLTH Foundation Techquity Coalition Advisory Council, and the GlobalSTL Innovation Advisory Board.

Dr. Yeh received her BA from Northwestern University and her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School.
