First FUS Unicorn: Insightec Announces up to $150 Million Investment

Device manufacturer, Insightec has signed definitive agreements for an investment round of up to $150 million led by Koch Disruptive Technologies. The round puts Insightec at a post-money valuation of $1.3 billion, making it the first focused ultrasound unicorn (a privately held company valued over $1 billion.)
