“Tom brings unique and valuable insights from his experiences in healthcare policy as well as financing and management of organizations in the public and private sectors,” said Foundation Chairman Neal F. Kassell, MD. “As focused ultrasound advances toward widespread clinical adoption, an ally who understands the challenges of reimbursement is invaluable. We are honored to have Tom on our Council and as an advocate for focused ultrasound.”

“I am happy to have learned more about focused ultrasound and the Foundation," said Mr. Scully. "I have always been fond of Dr. Kassell and hope to add value in their incredibly worthy mission to advance this technology.”
