The joint annual meeting of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM), the European Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and Biology (ESMRMB), and the International Society of MR Radiographers & Technologists (ISMRT) was held in London May 7–12, 2022 with additional options for hybrid attendance.

This scientific and clinical meeting, which highlights research, development, and applications of MR in medicine and biology, included 32 abstracts that may be of interest to the focused ultrasound community. These presentations covered brain, drug delivery, musculoskeletal, oncology, pediatric, technical, and women’s health applications. In addition to the scientific sessions, several educational presentations were given by focused ultrasound experts, including Viola Rieke, Holger Grull, Li Min Chen, William Grissom, and Charles Caskey.
