Ahead of next month’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the Consumer Technology Association interviewed Foundation Chairman, Neal Kassell, MD, about focused ultrasound and John Grisham’s book, The Tumor.
In January, bestselling author and Foundation Board member John Grisham will join Kassell at CES 2018.
Appearing as part of Gary’s Book Club, the pair will join Gary Shapiro, the president and CEO of the Consumer Technology Association which produces CES. Grisham will discuss The Tumor, his fictional book about a young father with a deadly brain tumor. The book describes his current treatment options then fast-forwards 10 years to when focused ultrasound could rewrite his story.
Called “The Global Stage for Innovation,” CES convenes 170,000 industry professionals and features more than 4,000 exhibits. The 2018 event will take place January 9-12 in Las Vegas.
