Carolyn Yeh Joins Foundation’s Council

Carolyn Yeh headshot 150The Foundation is pleased to welcome Carolyn Yeh to its Council, a dedicated group of goodwill ambassadors who work closely with the Board of Directors and staff to provide advice and assist with raising funds and building awareness.

Carolyn’s successful career in finance has included positions at Permira Advisers, a global private equity firm headquartered in London, the Global Special Situations Group at Citigroup Global Markets Asia, and in investment banking at Goldman Sachs Asia. She also served as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

“Carolyn is a tremendous champion of focused ultrasound in Hong Kong, and we are thrilled that she is bringing her energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to our global organization,” said Foundation Chairman Neal F. Kassell, MD.

She is now working on a project in children’s education, the vice president of the Yale Club of Hong Kong, volunteering her time with several institutions, and serving on the board of several non-profit organizations.

Carolyn has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

“I first learned about focused ultrasound several years ago, and I continue to be amazed by its wide variety of mechanisms and potential applications,” Carolyn said. “I am delighted to be a part of this innovative, collaborative community that is revolutionizing how diseases are treated and managed.”
