• Determine the dose-response relationship between inertial cavitation (induced by activation of MBs with MR image-guided FUS) and tumor blood flow and/or perfused tumor volume in rat gliomas
• Determine whether FUS-MB cavitation treatment inhibits tumor growth and improves animal survival. If it does, determine whether these responses depend on FUS pressure level
• Determine whether the most beneficial FUS+MB treatment affects intra-tumor immune cell representation at the terminal time point
• Determine whether any/all of the above depend upon tumor model
