ALEXANDER CROSBY
Alexander Crosby is the Chief Operating Officer for the Focused Ultrasound Surgery Foundation. Mr. Crosby was, until recently, the Managing Director of
DGMS, Inc., a consumer products company, from 2002 to October 2006. Prior to this, he was vice president and chief operating officer of GeNeuron
Therapeutics, a biotechnology company developing bio-enhanced medical devices for the treatment of vascular diseases. He worked for Multimedia Medical
Systems from 1995-1999. His last position for MMS was the Vice-President of Operations and Quality and was responsible for the company's production,
regulatory affairs, quality systems, installation and customer support. He continued to perform these responsibilities for Varian Medical Systems,
when it acquired the company in 1999, until July 2000. During his tenure at MMS, he also served as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and as the
Director of Technology and Software Development Manager. From 1994-1995, he was the Director of Informatics at the Virginia Neurological Institute.
He graduated with a B.A. from Haverford College in 1989.

EBEN ALEXANDER III, MD, FACS
Dr. Alexander is the Foundation's Research & Education Programs Director.
Dr. Alexander was elected to AOA Honor Medical Society before he graduated from
Duke University Medical School in 1980. He served as a General Surgical Intern at
Duke under Dr. David C. Sabiston, then completed his neurosurgical resident training at
Duke under Dr. Robert H. Wilkins. Two of his residency training years were spent at the
Massachusetts General Hospital performing research on cerebral vasopasm and a six
month neurology rotation. He then performed a Fellowship in Cerebrovascular
Neurosurgery under Mr. Robin Sengupta in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK.
Beginning in 1988, Dr. Alexander served on the neurosurgical staff at the Brigham &
Women?s Hospital and the Children?s Hospital in Boston, with an appointment at
Harvard Medical School, achieving the rank of Associate Professor by 1994. He directed
the Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery program during his tenure at the Brigham.
He was instrumental in fostering the development of the Stereotactic Radiosurgery and
Intraoperative MR programs at the Brigham & Women's Hospital. In 2001, he went to
Umass Memorial Health Care in Worcester, MA to develop the Movement Disorders
Surgery program there. He has been invited to talk around the globe, mainly concerning
image-guided surgery, stereotactic radiosurgery, advanced management of brain tumors
and the treatment of refractory pain syndromes. He has contributed in writing more than
150 scientific papers and chapters and helped edit five books.

DAVID MOORE
David Moore is the Director of Technology for the Foundation. Mr. Moore has worked as a software developer in the medical industry for
11 years, specializing in the development of internet based solutions for patient information and medical imaging systems. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Moore worked
for the Department of Neurosurgery developing a web-based patient information and clinical documentation system. Prior to that, he worked for Multimedia Medical
Systems (which branched off into Illuminus, Inc) in the design and development
of a web based cardiology image management
and communications system. Mr. Moore has his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering
from the University of Colorado and his M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

ROLF TAYLOR
Rolf Taylor is the Director of Commuications for the Focused Ultrasound Surgery Foundation.
He has over 15 years experience working in the healthcare sector, primarily in communications consultancy, business development,
medical education, medical marketing and pharmaceutical sales. Rolf studied Political Economy at Hertfordshire University and served
as a clinical research intern with Glaxo SmithKline (GSK) before joining the sales team of Roche Pharmaceuticals. After gaining
experience in medical sales and product management Rolf joined a leading medical communications consultancy where he developed
numerous international educational initiatives for medical industry clients and organized medical symposia and advisory boards.
Rolf also served with a leading healthcare PR company specializing in providing communications support for early stage biotechnology,
diagnostics and medical device companies, before working as an independent consultant.
