FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION

APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should have access to a site with an MR guided focused ultrasound surgery system, a mentor experienced with this technology and a reasonable prospect for obtaining a position in a focused ultrasound surgery center upon completion of the fellowship.

The Foundation can assist the applicant with locating a center and identifying a mentor.


APPLYING
To begin the application process, please submit the following:
  1. A cover letter stating your desired academic year, clinical and research interest, qualifications, and contact information including name, title, phone and fax numbers, email, and mailing addresses.
  2. A standard curriculum vitae.
