Applicant Qualifications
Fellowship applicants should have (1) access to an MR-guided focused ultrasound treatment site or clinical research center, (2) a mentor experienced in the clinical application of this technology, (3) a strong desire to make MR-guided focused ultrasound part of their career, and (4) a reasonable prospect for obtaining a position in an MR-guided focused ultrasound treatment center upon completion of the fellowship. This program is open to clinicians only.

Applying
To apply for one of our fellowships, please submit a completed fellowship application form via the Foundation’s online application submission system.
Application Review and Notification of Awards
There are no application deadlines. Fellowship applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. Upon receipt, applications are forwarded to the Fellowship Advisory Committee for review. Funding decisions, which are based on the scores, comment and recommendations of the reviewers, are typically be made on a quarterly basis but may be accelerated if required.
Successful fellowship applicants will be expected to (i) submit a six-month progress report, (ii) present their work at the Foundation’s annual symposium should one occur during the fellowship period, and (iii) submit a final report at the end of the funding period outlining their progress in achieving their stated goals and their plans for the coming year.
