Mary Rose joined the Foundation in April 2008 as Business Manager. She brings a variety of work experiences in nonprofits, for profits, and a Federally Funded Research and Development Center. She manages the business operations of the Foundation, encompassing finance and budgeting, human resources, project management processes, and facilities. As Business Manager, she ensures the establishment and continuous improvement of systems, processes and policies that support a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization where flexibility and fluidity are critical.
